Hotel City Star

we stayed for a night but it was nightmare. there was no hot water in the shower we asked them to switch on the hot water suplto which they said its already functional, we waited for almost an hour but still there was no hot water . we asked staff to come and check physically since they were forcing us to believe that the water temperature is hot and not cold . After struggling for an hour a staff member visited our room and open the washbasin tap , we requested him to check the shower not the tap he was unable to fix the issue so they offered a different room in which washbasin tap was flowing like a fountain. at 12 midnight we both ladies were struggling to find a room with hot water and saw 3 different room which was lil uncomfortable for us since there were 2 to 3 staff boy and other guests on the floor . Somehow we managed in the room which we got in the last. next day we requested the staff at the reception to give us LCO as late as possible as we were having 2 PM confirmed LCO by one of their staff but the gentleman was adamant. It was very insulting specially when you are with your family I didn't argue much and came down at 2.30 pm but while I was waiting there saw multiple people who checked in with us were also checking out at 4 pm and none of them were charged half day. they don't think on human grounds and they are least bothered about guest ...LCO was not my privilege but just asked for an exception being lady travelers and thought they will at least compensate for the hours which got spoiled previous night bcz of Technical glitch. I was oky till the time it was Technical glitch but human behavior is not anyone mistake..i would suggest staff should be given training on soft skills so that they do not use such insulting words .

First of all I'm really disappointed by paying and i have booked twin or double room in hotel, but when i reached there they said it is twin bed or double room , the gentleman sardar guy was overconfident and what written is misleading, this should be clear in site and by hotel that they don't have any double room in hotel. Location was pathetic, staff was good and food was also good and the payment i made for room was very high and services was not up to mark

The hotel is at the center of Delhi. You will get a commute to and fro all the time very easily. The complementary breakfast is served well and the food is very tasty.

It's a good hotel near railway station and situated on main road which is very convenient. Good service and amenities . Its safe for all woman travellers .
