COASTAL BAY INN ALIBAUG

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Coastal Bay Inn Resort in Alibaug, and I must say, it was nothing short of enchanting. The staff at Coastal Bay Inn Resort are the epitome of hospitality. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they made me feel like a valued guest. The entire team was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I would like you specially thank Mr. Ajit Karande and family for giving personalized touch to hospitality taking it to the next level. Mr. Shashank Karande's attentive and knowledgeable service, taking the time to explain every dish and preparing it according to our preferences, added an extra layer of memorability to our dining experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful and indulgent getaway. I cannot wait to return and create more cherished memories in this little slice of heaven.

Very horrible experience. The rooms were not at all clean and hygienic. There was fungus everywhere including the bedding. Rooms dont have enough ventilation or lights making it extremely gloomy. We had our toddlers with us and they were not ready to go inside the room since the room was extremely smelly as well. The staff did not even bother to clean the rooms beforehand. The property manager even arrogantly told us to go ahead and post negative review. Horrible experience The rooms are not upto the mark and highly overpriced for the facilities being offered

i have came here for my wife birthday but what seen in photos and actual is vast difference i m really disappointed with details shown say beach is very near but it's 20 to 30mins walking so waking is not possible as properly is in very corner spacei m really disappointedthere is no door in the room and entrance from gallary with glass scilidingac is not cooling it's on 18 degree but still feeling very warmthis is the door of the room ie intry from gallary
