Coastal Gateway Resort - 3 Min Walk To Nagaon Beach.

I am disappointed with the hotel.When I searched for the location, this was the first hotel suggested to me and it also said Goibibo preferred the hotel so I booked it. Only good thing I personally felt about the place was it's located hardly at a 5 ml minutes walk from the Nagaon beach. Apart from that everything was a farce. Rooms are okay. But the air conditioner kept on stopping in between and we had to call help at least 3-4 times during 2 days stay. TV did not work at all and no help was provided for the same. The telecom was not working and we had to physically go to the reception for every small thing. No tea or coffee was available even during day hours. Asked for evening coffee at 5 pm and was told they do not serve anything before 6 pm. Worst part of the stay was no water was available in washroom during night and early morning time. Had to leave early and despite telling them specifically about the same, the washroom did not have any water at all at 5am. Better hotels are available nearby. Please choose wisely.

no proper wifi facility and house keeping is very poor.looking towards the food quality is ok.lack of amenities provided in the room. room service not done properly.no tea coffee has been provided

We met Mayank at the reception, he served well to the guests this was a nice and comfortable stay we found there, there was good service and cleanliness. I recommend this

overall good experience, cleann neat room and pool also maintain. staff also polite and helpful.
