"I recently stayed at the above hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had convenient amenities like such as a pool, table tennis carrom and restaurant]. this place is good for couples and families makesure you visit this place at weekdays not in weekends so that you can avoid the crowd and can enjoy the cozy weather with hotel vibes. Note: As special thank to Aunty from Jharkand care taker, she is so awesome in some situation i felt like talking to my Mom and she server the food hot even after the timings and she arranged the candle light dinner table beside pool. If you visit this place after reading this review please say Hi to Aunty from my end. Only concern i had, was requested a late check out for 2 to 3 hrs but asked for 1500 rs and wifi was not for boat house theme area, rest places having the wifi.

Awesome & peaceful place,food was tasty like proper maharashtrian home made food. Helpful people, If u want to escape frm your daily routine and noisy life then this is the one. 15 - 20 mins faraway frm alibag bus stop so u can take tam tam Rs 20 per seat. clean rooms..swiming pool so just go and chill. garden for childrens,games like carrom,cricket,table tennis.. Negative thing is u wont get wifi connection (we were in tree house dont no abt other rooms) No complimentary breakfast,water bottle.. They should provide this basic things to make customer happy and also to survive in this competitive market.

subject: refund request for unsatisfactory stay dear, i would like to bring to your attention that we left the hotel the same day immediately after check-in due to extremely poor conditions and false representation of the property. the rooms were unhygienic, lacked basic amenities, and the facilities were in an unacceptable state. given this experience, i kindly request an immediate refund for the booking. please prioritize this issue, as the experience was not aligned with the standards expected from a listing. looking forward to your prompt response. best regards, preeti madhial

Service is not at all prompt. Coffee that was served to us was only lukewarm, not even stirred properly, and the charge was Rs 60. The rooms don't have a telephone to call the room service. Electricity issue was also there in afternoon time, we had to get the bedsheets changed as they didn't seem washed. The place is quite far from Mandwa ferry and rikshaws take Rs. 700 & cabs cost around Rs. 800 one way, the resort person whom we had called misguided us saying that it'll cost around 500.

very bad hotel ..not suggesting for family.whole night bachelors (mens) drink sharab and dance in chaddhi up to 1am ..no one following swimming pool dress code .bedrooms smell like gutter..bathroom Smell like public toilets..my whole tour expoiled due to this room .very dirty bed sheets, pillow,Foam.very pathetic experience.1.9 km from BEACH also.no WiFi available in rooms.total waste of money.lost hard earned

The hotel is good, Property is good but the booking is not confirm, At the time of check in I have to call to Goibibo because booking is not confirmed,and after discussing with the hotel people and Goibibo problem is sort out but wasted of so many time. Regarding hotel location, service and cleanliness every thing was totally perfect.

My experience was pretty good, as i didn't get any issue. It was a comfortable stay of mine. The location of the hotel is pretty approachable, staff was well behaving and offering a fast and proper service..It is located 2 km far from the beach and we had to have our meal outside as the hotel do have a kitchen but it was not working.

Firstly, almost all resorts in Alibag are similar. Don't expect anything too posh. Coconut beach farm is a good place to relax and chill. Naigao beach is 8 minutes by car/bike The food is homely. tree house room is really comfortable and spacious. Service is quite good and accomodating. Comfortable stay. Good service

Best Hotel in Nagaon Had a stay here in July. One of the best experience yet. Booked a boat house. It was an amazing experience room was clean, perfect and big. They have friendly and helpful staff. Food is good give It a try and there a pool too. Must visit place Privacy and perfect place.

The resort was about 7-8 KM from main Alibag City. My familie's experience is as listed below, PROS 1. Good greenery around hotel & ambiance is quite calm. 2. Room was really good & well maintained. 3. Food quality & taste was very good. 4. Staff is quite friendly. CONS 1. Overpriced.

Everything was totally fine there. Service and all are totally fine there. Hotel rooms are very big and very comfortable there. Hotel is nicely located. Hotel is nicely located and very easy to located the hotel. Nice amenities and accommodation there. Its a very neat and clean hotel.

The place overall is average in terms of stay n food, but close to the beach (1.5 km drive) .. good options around if someone whishes to eat homely food... hotel staff is good but service is very slow. Rooms were average, as there were a lot of mosquitoes so carry a repellent.

Pathetic rooms, warm water has timings, not good at all ! Service is pathetic ! Taps dosent work! Not really worth for the money that you pay ! 3.5k not worth. Max 1500 should be the price not really great ! Rooms look different than whay they show in pics

overall experience was good but the pool was soo dirty, we had asked 3 time to caretakers to clean it because we wanted to jump into the pool but they didn't clean it, and we found it really rude

The property was pretty, had a lot of privacy, enjoyed the pool. But it needs maintainance. The trapestary and curtains of the tent room was not changed ever, the white had become dull and brown
