Worst experience ever! At first they started charging us extra amount for room. Then they gave us a room where TV didn't work, toiletries were not given, bathroom condition was poor, bed linen were dirty and had stains. Staff at the reception was rude and greedy. Would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel even for one night.

Hotel is fabulous and new built and very good interiors. Room size is very spacious and location of the hotel is nearby circle. Hospitality of the hotel is very good and impressive. Staff of the hotel is very kind and soft spoken.

I had 2 classic room. When i reached hotel.they denied to give me the rooms and told me that classic room are full. Pay extra for deluxe rooms.after lot of arguments and call with **** hotel provided me the room.pathetic

Very Bad hotel bedroom is not good further amount of food is very high and quantity also very less Ro water not available they Charging 40 rs per bottle very bad experience don't want to chek in again

Not For Family. No housekeeping, they have not even provided water bottle, shop etc. Worst to spend single minute.Receptionist are all illiterate. If you are with family stay away from it.

paid for 1 deluxe room with breakfast. They are asking extra money as they don't give room below 1000 also the staff is extremely rude to every one. Alcohol smell in lobby.
