Great experience in the hotel. The staff was so cooperating, polite & kind. Rooms are very spacious and cozy with all amenities. Also great infrastructure and posh locality almost 1.4 km far away from Nanital Mosque. All conveniences are at reasonable price. The owner "Nitesh Bhai" was a brilliant man. He can also arrange packages of tour and travels in Nainital and neighborhood place in Nainital. OVERALL GREAT STAT AHEAD!!!❤️

i had a bad exp, Reception boy said give me 500 for early check in & we checked in at 11 am which was not early at all. location is very very far on call he said location is only 600 from mall road which is totally wrong its 2 km far from mall road walkin it will take 40-50 mins taxi will take 400 to drop you on that location bad exp i will not recommed. however room was okay location was not at all okay.

Perfect for families! We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The kids loved the kids' club, and we could enjoy some time to ourselves while they were entertained. The family room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

I really liked this room. The staff is very nice and helpful . The breakfast is also fine. Just one issue—the hotel is a bit uphill, so it might be difficult for older people. Other than that, everything is great!
