very bad behaviour of hotel owner as he checked us in by himself while we said we're staying extra hrs as per the word we had with receptionist on 2nd last day she said we can keep till 6pm as chckout time ws 11am and can only pay 30% of the full amt of 1day charge we agreed but at the time of checkout owner himself ws shouting on the top of his voice treaten us that we have to pay full amt when i asked to call that lady receptionist or chck his camera footage he was kept on saying i dnt want to ...more

Very old hotel, not maintained. Rooms are fairly ok but not maintained. Bed linens are dirty, wash room is very much small you can't even more properly and bath scape is almost NIL. sorry but I can't recommend this property to anyone, please be careful.

Staff are good.. but services are worst. they are neither providing towel nor soap. also the TV and AC not working properly. though room condition is good. for 10 rupees water bottle they are charging 30. if you booked under 1200 per one day somehow by coupon or anything else but they will not check in you.. because u booked in less amount..does it make sense... they will ask you for extra money or else leave the hotel..

The Receptionist behavior is so rude and short tempered & impolite . Don't know how to talk to ladies and gentlemen. Poor room service treatment. wrost bathroom with water leakage and broken tap . Even if you already pre booked then also you have to pay extra money during check in. wrost treatment ever . .

They are charging extra money even after booking through and are not providing the bill for the extra payment. The receptionist is very rude and has a behavior. He didn't even know how to communicate with ladies and started misbehaving. The rooms and bathrooms are not clean. Outsiders are drinking liquor backside of the reception. Person taking bath can clearly see the roads and vehicles easily and everything in clearly visible outside.
