the lift was not working. the room was not clean. there were old food boxes and packages left. the bathroom was horribly dirty. the wash basin tap was not even working. we were given room on the top 5th floor and the lift was not working. there was no room service available. staff discriminated against us because we were north indian.

Worst hotel. Untidy and muddy rooms. No proper bed sheets. uncleaned blankets. No breakfast. Lift not working. No hot water. No early checkin option . Dont book this hotel. We need to ask for basic needs also like soap. Nothing is good.

i would never recommend this place to anybody. the amenities promised were functioning as expected, the premises was very unclean. the receptionist was very kind and polite (if you know what i mean)
