drinking water not available, food not available same you have to buy from local market or resturant, shope they are not providing, TV not working when I asked to then they were saying same you had to ask at the time of check-in whether it's working or not when I check-in at the time I told them about breakfast is part of my booking but when I asked in the morning they were saying breakfast is not available and not giving any response.

Mattress is broken, Dirty Bedsheet and Pillow covers, Broken washroom toilet pot.Hotel Manager said they do not have another room.This is very poor hotel I ever stayed.I also advise GOIBIBO do not add this type of hotels in your list.

Prime location distance from Kanpur almost 12-13 km. Staff behavior good, complementary breakfast menu less like as only available Alu Parantha, Not provide mineral water bottle.
