1. The lady at reception was extremely rude.2. the room was damp smelling and dirty.3. No clean bedsheets, no toiletries in wash room.4. The jet spray in washroom was so short that you have to get up from commode and go near jet spray point to clean up. 🤮Pathetic 🤮5. Upon asking for clean bedsheets, receptionist told that she cannot do anything because unavailability of housekeeping staff. 🤔 I mean, hello, you are running a resort without any housekeeping staff on board. Just wow😓6. Very crowded and dirty swimming pool.7. And lastly please don't confuse people with Registering your hotel under different name. It's called Colvar Resort' not Serafinos.8. Overall, extremely disappointing experience. Go and check room conditions.

Worst hotel in colva , bathroom is pathetic. I have shared the images toilet commode does not have jet spray or health faucet , you have to use one mug for toilet use. No shower in the toilet. You have only single broken mug for all the toilet use. Toilets are dirty and all the room toilets have the same issue. One major issue No lock in the toilet . No positive response from the hotel staff on complaints . The only thing the hotel is good for is the location and swimming pool . Else every thing is worse Toilet

awesome part is that it is next to beach. horrible part is hygiene, dirty bedsheets, and nightmare part was toilet. extremely dirty that we preferred using pay and use toilet next to hotel. you will get sick if you use that toilet. food, bad. we asked for ghee rice, they poured ghee in rice and "forgot" to add salt. go to udupi restaurant next to the hotel. staff are friendly,5/5.

resort needs urgent renovation and maintainance. bathroom door broken, tapes are leaking. didn't provide water for drinking. fans without regulator. mosquitoes in the room. tv not working. no wifi in rooms. only plus point is , it's near to the beach should first check the property before listing. i am not going to book from your site in future.

go for this if you want to sleep and get freshened up. only advantage is swimming pool. the cotteges are good. normal ac rooms are not price worthy. overall heigene is not upto mark. no room service, no hiusekeeping for multidays stay, even charge for water. hectic experience

this is our worst booking ever.. they dont have jets in their washroom. if you ask them they said no rooms has a jet in the washroom. rooms mentioned in the reality has a different picture.. common toilets are very dirty.. not recommended at all

Everything was a sham! Dirtiest bed sheets / shabbiest and oldest curtains / the most dirtiest bathroom! Just dont want to even talk about it..it's a trauma! EVERYTHING
