It was an amazing experience at Coorg HomeLand homestay. The place is at the heart of Madikeri and so peaceful. It is well equipped almost everything we need. A beautiful kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, gas and utensils. A beautiful dining space and the bed room with a TV. Bathroom is very clean and well maintained with a Geyser. It also has a solar water heater. Mr. Pavan was such a nice host. He picked us from the bus stop early morning and it was a early check-in for us. He suggested all the nearby places. To my surprise he even gave his bike key for local sight seeing and accompanied us to a hilltop( Mandalpatti). He is 24x7 available for any query and help. At the end he happily dropped us at bus stop for a goodbye. We enjoyed fullest at Coorg HomeLand and felt as if our home. We will always choose his house. We recommend everybody to experience the beauty of Coorg with such a beautiful house and family. Almost everything we need was available. Not any interference from the host and was always available for help. It's a beautiful place well located.

After booking confirmation we went to the homestay, they didn't allowed us to go in as there is already booking confirmed from others. Owner is too rude that he is not listening to us, very rude it was like "just get out from here". When I goibibo they said there was issue in inventory and hotiler has not updated, please vacate from there. It was so embarrassing moment, ... Returned back with out spending holiday trip.

It was indeed a great stay at Homeland Coorg. Mr Pawan, the owner was extremely co-operative and made sure that our stay was very smooth and hassle free. He infact allowed for early check-in without any additional charges. Homestay's location is about 1.5 kms from Madikeri station and at a very peaceful location. Thanks & Cheers!

if you are looking for something within tight budget constraints and have ample time to roam around then this is good as it is located deep inside. you will have to ask owner to provide bathroom essentials like towels, soap etc.

well maintained property with good view and easy to locate. owner was very supportive and friendly. No restrictions and and very good service. They have provided all aminities including kitchen stuff. very good experience.

The place was very good, we have got 2BHK and stayed 7 people and we have extra mattress as well. Most importantly, would like to tell about the host, he is very friendly, guided us and will make sure every one are happy

Nice hotel. Thanks pavan. Location is pretty good, at the centre of the city. Pavan personally is a nice person. The only down side we felt is that we paid little extra compared to current prices.

A very quiet and cozy place. They gave us a 2BHK which was enough for 7 of us (With extra bedding) . Also , The host was very helpful and made sure that we have a homely stay..
