The property was very pretty, aesthetic and hill view totally. The room was well equipped and very pretty furnishing. Some of the things where they can improve. Like they should provide tea, coffee kit in the rooms and also they should improve the complementary breakfast, must provide egg items which is provided by other properties which includes complementary breakfast. You can have chai, coffee and enjoy the amazing view while sitting in the balcony or terrace. Their terrace is very pretty which you can see after entering from the front gate.

Location of the hotel is good and greenery. However the standard room we took is very congested. They didn’t provide side table and chair untill we asked. Window curtain is not proper and the partially visible from outside through window.

We were promised a room with balcony but alloted another in the lower level. No intercom, no exhaust in washroom, many lights not working but all this can be adjusted. Food & service is average. Prices are quite reasonable.

It was a nice stay, and support staff is also good and supportive. Location and aesthetics of the resort is ++ Scope of improvement - Linen and Crockery Overall, a good stay experience with nice memories.

newly built resort..calm and quiet stay.. staff were good.. opt for deluxe a/c rooms which is bigger and spacious than standard rooms. breakfast was also good and served hot with limited dishes.

Worst hotel I have ever encountered. Although I have paid for the breakfast, I have not got it. I have to pay extra for the Egg. Management is worst.
