This hotel is situated at the bypass of Kochi. About 1 hour from Kochi airport. Ambience is really good. It does give you the vibe of 5 star hotel. Food was great, service is awesome. There are two swimming pools in the hotel. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Really liked the stay and would recommend. Safe, secure. Special care for my baby like dinning chair for the baby. They even prepared customised drinks/ food on request. Baby food is also available.

Hygiene and cleanliness is our priority. Everyone starting from Praveen at reservations , Nikhil at front desk , Derek and Rity at concierge and last but not the least Exec Chef Kalash they will be there always to make your stay comfortable and make it memorable. Rooms with backwater view will be another USP of this property. We stayed at room 724 and 726. Be there you will not regret every penny is worth.

Excellent room service, the staff were extremely helpful and prompt. The diversity of cuisines in different restaurants was pretty good. The taste and quality of the buffet is well worth it's price. The attention, alertness and efficiency of staff in all restaurants, specifically Mosaic where buffet is served, is the best I have experienced!
