Pleasant stay. But the price is too high while booking from the app compared to the direct booking. Amenities were good. Only thing that reduced a star in my rating is due to a person who tries to fool customers with his action of trying to help. He says he is willing to give everything at low rates, but the management is not accepting. He did not add the 10% discount which is to be given for every customer who stays in the property. He mentioned that we need to inform exclusively and this will not be conveyed to the customers until the payment is completed. Stay is good and food taste is good. Friendly staff at the reception. Overall experience is good.

Our stay was very bad, this property was not to our expectations at the price point.This is a homestay in a shaddy & isolated area, with no basic amenities, not even have a phone in the room. Property is open from all the side with no safety fencing, no CCTV outside the room & walls of the room was made of POP that we were able to hear sound of other rooms, so।your safety & privacy both goes for a toss. Caretaker leave around 7 pm. Property is open for anyone & everyone, Was very unsafe overall. We booked for 2 days & wanted to cancel 2nd day however there was direct denial from property owner / caretaker don't know.

Rooms are made up with MS Sheets like a shed by adding false ceilings inside. The settle court shown in the photo is just a phone purpose and it was so small and no possible to play. Like this all photos shown is so elaborated and actually it is so small. Rain sound is so amplified due to MS GI sheets on roof. Ducks are sounding continuously. No parking facility for vehicles It was a miserable night stay for us at Crystal goa turquoise.

Stayed at Crystal Goa Turquoise recently and found it to be good. It had a mini swimming pool (ideal for kids) as promised. They do not have a restaurant at the moment but they can arrange food from nearby restaurants. The hotel staff (Siya) was friendly and helpful. The location is very close to Patnem Beach and the lane it is situated on has a few dining options as well. All in all a good hotel to spend time with friends and family!

This hotel is very near to Patnem beach, has parking. Receiption and hotel staff was good. Room size really good and has smart tv, ac, refrigerator, water kettle etc.. toilet is also very big and clean.. you get your own private cold water swimming pool... overall it is good property and recommended to other travellers to stay !! We liked our privacy, big bed , smart tv so we can see what we want to..

Stay was ok. But scope of improvement is there staff are not so attentive hotel staff . Restaurant service and staff are quite prompt and well behaved pool was just waste of money asked them to on but it took them one day to on it . Overall value for money is loss.

Thanks to all the staff including housekeeping and the reception. Amazing people with great service. It was a pleasure staying at Crystal Goa. Monsoon stays went well actually at this place. Very close to Patnem Beach. We definitely love to go back in Summer.
