I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the receptionist was particularly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Any questions or requests were met with attitude and zero willingness to help.This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and respectful environment. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.

An awesome stay at Crystal Inn for 4 nights.. Their standard rooms maybe a bit smaller one, but you will have everything what you need for a stay there.. I am impressed with their water quality which was really good and they are filtering the hard water and bring it to you as soft water in the restrooms, so you don't feel the hardness in water.. Will recommend to stay here for everyone if you have plans in and around this place..

Hotel was decent and clean. Workers in the kitchen were really helpful. Issue i faced is internet. Mobile network was not working properly in that area so i was relying on their wifi which doesnt work properly. I have asked the receptionist multiple times and it was of no use. She said it will be resolve shorty which didnt happen.

Ease of check-in. Friendly staff. Fresh linen all the time. New property getting its improvement. Modest breakfast to start the day. Hot n cold water 24x7. Well arranged clean rooms. Noise pollution high between rooms n guests ,they must do something.

I have stayed in many hotels but never saw such a great hospitality. The owner of the hotel are very considerate and helpful. The staff is wonderful. One would feel as if he or she is staying at home. Very peaceful place to stay wonderful experience..

The place is nice and clean with an extremely supportive staff. They even serve tea and coffee for free at the dinner area. The only drawback was that the rooms are slightly stuffy and cause noseblocks.

Hotel was neat and clean, we enjoyed our stay. no problems faced. checkin checkout timings were strict, so you can plan accordingly. Checkin process was also simple. Staff were supportive and friendly.

internet connectivity is very poor not able to book cab very much in outskirts
