Cons: 1. This place is around 1 km away from Nagaon beach where all water Sports are hosted. And not 250 m as shown in description. 2. Veg food is costly if ordered within cottage. It cost 200 ₹ for normal veg thali per person. 3. Also it seemed food had cooking soda. Had some stomach/gas problems post consumption. 4. Water pressure in toilet was also very low. 5. No hot water facility through out day. It's available only in morning. Pros 1. Rooms are spacious.

Perfect location for short stay, it is homely feeling when you travel away from home. Home made food is very tasty and you need to have some patience until it is served since it is being prepared based on the requirement shared by guest. 15-20 min. walking distance from Nagaon Beach. I would prefer this place for short stay..

We went through rating but experience was not good. We booked standard room, there was honeybees inside room, bed was very old type, fan was not running in speed, dustbin damage. Food was also not good, i have attached pics of poha & bread omlette which is showing level of quality.

Accommodation was strictly okay. The beach is very far from this cottage. Also, even though I had selected 2 adults and 2 adults with 1 kid correctly, the booking was done for 1 adult and 1 adult with 1 kid. Due to this, i had to pay arnd 900rs extra for amendment.

Total value for money. Hosts are immensely co operative and cook home-made food of your choice. Even the food isn’t expensive. Network is a little issue and the wifi wasn’t working but that didn’t cause a trouble as we had a peaceful stay with nature.

The room and the washroom was neat and tidy and the staff in the property had a good conduct. The property is near to the main road and near to the beach. All in all we had an amazing experience while staying in this property.

Location was convenient to reach. I didn't tried food inside the property. There was no swimming pool, spa and gym facility available. Overall stay was fine there.
