Hotel Deer Parkk (Boutique Hotel)

Staff was very prompt, courteous and thoughtful. it was always available and willing to help, be it our arrival at midnight or responding to our numerous question on the phone. The Hotel was more than what we expected - beautiful, very relaxing and full of amenities. I felt very good choosing this place. The kids had a great time too, relaxing in the warmth to beat the December cold in Delhi. The reception Guys here is another great plus. The cleaning staff was always prompt and respectful. The property is also located in one of the best places in Delhi with great access to shops, malls, bars and restaurants. Overall, a great Hotel awesome Service we couldn't have asked for more. PROS: 1.EXCELLENT LOCATION IN CENTRE OF DELHI 2. awesome delicious food, I wish the chef gets a salary hike though menu is long but tandoor items usually not available 3. Excellent friendly behaviour of all staffs from security guard to room service guy to reception counter person 4. Big rooms 5. Big clean bathrooms 6. Kid friendly food, they made daliya and khichdi out of the menu card and round the clock food availability CONS: 1. ROOMS are big but interior works showing its age 2. Not much sunlight into rooms, naturally in Delhi in centre location 3. Breakfast not great menu 4. Double bed was not a single mattress so daughter couldn't sleep well in between Rest all is perfect really enjoyed my stay

A beautiful hotel with beautiful surround very close to Deer Park ( A very good park in Delhi) and very close proximity to my office. I found a person their who speak very good Spanish . A very good option for other Spanish traveller . I recommended this hotel to all my friend and others . neat and clean room very supportive staff. some of minor things that need improvement that is mirror, windows and buffet breakfast . Buffet Breakfast is design in accordance with nice Indian client , very less option for foreign clients. but quality of food is fantastic even I like their Indian breakfast. Hotel deserve 5 star rating expect few thing.

I used to stay with Hotel Deer Parkk whenever I travelled to Delhi for my official business trip. I recommend the hotel to everyone. very friendly environment and very supportive staff . Neat and clean room and very beautiful. specialty of this hotel is their staff from top to bottom everyone is trying to help and support you . It's a second home for me.
