Incidence reporting - as we vacate it on 9/3/23 at 8:15 pm, we asked for any duesHe told me rs 50/-, I asked how come , he told me 3 bottles of water, I told him only one bottle was provided in room, another in breakfast time, so null and void I asked him call the boy who supplied water in my room, he fails to prove itIn Breakfast north Indian, East Indian better not to opt breakfastAs idli, uppma, poha, and raw bread was provided, no toaster for Bread, very poor qualities of breakfast menuBetter hotels are available and at lower priceGood thing is it is near Railway station

NO SERVICE at all with good rooms Door key not working, Breakfast starts a@ 8.15 am so we cant have BF for 3 days, hotel does not even have Tea facility till 8 am, No tea at 4 pm also as kitchen starts at 7 pm, No proper car parking arrangements

Rooms are okay. Ac works fine. Staff is polite but service is below average. They served us cold chapatis. They couldn't deliver Tea in one and half hour. After one and half hour they delivered 3 teas instead of 5 and with 4 cups so

Nice hotel if you are looking for a stay in Kolhapur. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Mahalaxmi temple is hardly 1.5KMs from this place.

Stayed there on business trip for 1 night. Rooms are good and spacious for 2 occupants. Staff was courtious.
