Room and location were good. Hotel receptioninst on duty on May 01 morning hours was unnecessarily argumentative. My mail asking early check in 2 hrs and checkout by 2 hrs dated 25 April at the enail ID mentioned was not replied till check in time. On arrival upon questioning why was it not replied, the receptioninst says he never received a mail from me.. I called up and the staff who promptly said we can checkin early. Paid extra 820 rupees for the 3 person (child). But for the receptionist, hotel per se was good. Plenty of other hotels in and around the locality could also be better alternatives. IT employee visitors particularly with work at TCS that is across the road where this hotel is located may find it convenient.

We went to IIT Madras to meet my younger brother at that time we stayed at hotel Dhans. The hotel is located very close to IIT campus from the TARAMANI entry gate point , approximately 1.5km .Those who visit IIT Madras can stay here . The hotel is in good condition, the working class is helpful, all amenities are available, and the room size is spacious.

Not worth visiting ...its too expensive and for that price range room is not at all nice plus hotel owner will show attitude as if managing taj hotel ...i had to check in early and they charge me almost priice of the room...plus cockroaches running all over .. biggest turn off..will never come to this hotel again

The hotel was excellent. Reception and check in were quick. The room was neat, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had decent varieties and tasted excellent. Ambience was satisfactory, it's not far away from the main road but couldn't hear any sounds. Parking area is spacious.

Air conditioning didnt work properly. Shower didnt work. I had an early morning start at 5 am. Pillows are too thick, may give you neck pain. Somebody was shouting in the corridor around 1 am. Food is ok. AC and shower didnt work.

it is nice property. rooms are spacious nice interiors. yeah kne thing pending to make it 5 stars. breakfast quality was no so great. rooms are posh but breakfast looks roadside and no much varieties and breakfast.

Very nice peaceful business hotel Had pleasant stay Breakfast was ok its serves the purpose. Service was awesome 👏🏼 Only veg foods available but u can order online or can reach out nearby restaurants .
