I would recommend everyone not to choose this guest house. first of all you won't be able to trace its location. you have to wait near China park lokenath temple unless one of their staff comes to the point and accompany you to the flat. It has no attached toilet. It is actually a 4 bedroom Flat with one common toilet. each bedroom is for one booking. so four guests will use one shared toilet. No guest house staff stays at night. so there is a risk factor. no food is available. you have to arrange on your own. room is unclean. There is no maintenance. only positive thing is the staff who accompanies you is cordial and in the end will ask for tips. No toileteries are provided. Even mineral water is not available. so don't waste your hard earned money. It's not an ideal dream home.

I called for early checking around 6am because I was really in need. The hotel person was very rude with me over phone. I called and asked guide me to the address and once I come we can discuss in the early check in price. He said - there is nothing to come and discuss straight away tell me you are coming or not as Its for me to sleep now. This was such a behaviour from the hotel representative as he didn’t even have the courtesy to guide me to the hotel because he wanted to sleep. I was unable to locate the address using google maps and was not able to book OLA or Uber to that destination. Hence I chose not to go the hotel because of the behaviour of staff over the phone. I totally wasted my money as it was non-refundable and booked another

it's not a hotel. all they do provide is a room in a flat with nothing except bed. no towel, no toiletries nothing at all even the water they provided was 2-3 days of before. the bathroom was unclean and there were so women's broken long hairs all over the bed and in bathroom. the staff was so rude and would force to ya leave the room at 9:30am in the morning. and he doesn't speak any lang except bengali. it's a worst experience I've ever had. there was no checking in or check out process. infact there were nothing in the hall room as well. The license to operate such hotels should be cancelled.

Its a flat with three rooms, the flat owner stays in one of the rooms and the other two are for rent. however, the place is a good hideout for couples as the owner provides the rooms to the couples. There is a huge issue of cleanliness and location of the property. The bathroom were not clean and the magic mop along with other cleaning chemicals were in the bathroom. One room doesn't have attached toilet.
