The Hotel location is very odd. Atleast 1km from the beach. That too while going you would reach fast but while coming it is impossible to walk back as it is quite steep and uphill. Only if you are tight on budget and are unable to find hotels during busy season then go for it. The hotel itself is ok. AC worked fine. Linens ok. TV is ok but mostly south indian channels. Bathroom wasn't well maintained - there was a big earthworm on the floor and the wall was full of ants, which was cleaned though. There is nothing around the hotel. For food or any essential necessity you have to walk uphill (atleast 15mins) to the main road or downhill 1km to the beach. There is absolutely nothing nearby. Hotel staff is ok.

I stayed at this hotel with my ** for 4 days and there wasn't even a single guest other than us in these four days. Location is remote and this would be a problem especially if you don't have a vehicle. They didn't clean the room nor did they changed the sheets during our stay. The drinking water kept was age old. Curtains were dusty and caused allergic reaction to my **. On the positive side price was cheaper than any other hotel in the area, There is parking space for vehicle, Usually less occupied so more privacy.

very very very bad hotel,no good behaviour with guests,no service,no cleanness,and oldman(care taker of property)is very angry &bad in behaviour.he will definitly going to close this hotel very soon becoz of his behaviour.he doesnt like any guest to come &stay in his hotel.one person isac is good in hotel but he cant available all the time.onething i want to say hotel is always known for its hospitality& good memories but here both are zero.i will not suggest any body to come here.

The hotel rooms were good but the rooms were not cleaned. Hotel manager refused us for check in and asked to find other place. It was very late in night and heavily raining. Apart from good rooms nothing was good in the hotel. This shouldn't be case when Goibibo providing the services and hotel manager is saying go to somewhere else. It was very bad experience for us that night. Beds were very dirty and no hotel staff was there that day.

Actually this hotel is located in a remote place, about 1 km from Kovalam beach. In night it is very difficult to come as the area is haunted one with no street light. Also having difficulty in parking as it situated in Steep slope. No restaurants near by for taking food. I won't recommend it for families. But for this value it is good as sea side hotels are costlier but by location I won't prefer.

The staff is cooperative, distance from the beach may be a little trouble at night and you will have hard time finding it if you dont turn on GPS. Overall, it's a nice place for a day or two. AC and TV worked fine and so did hot water.

It was an apartment accomodation and not a hotel . the rooms were clean but not upto mark. No food available from hotel. only one care taker was available who had tried his best to serve the guests.

You can here sharp Sirens ot Thiruvanantpuram railways station all the time . You can not sleep well.If you want to catch a train from this hotel you can go there by on foot.
