staff at the front office was the rudest. He treats people as if he is running a charity stay for homeless and as if we were requesting him free stay. Hospitality is a field that needs basic manners and keep your arrogance at home. 2nd day at-least a dozen cows and buffalos got into the property shitting everywhere and broke the floor of restaurant and other areas. The place stinks so bad. Had a billion mosquitos, no mosquito repellent, or room freshener. Bathroom had mold on walls, disgusting green mold on taps and sink. We chose the best of two options of rooms available , we didn't choose the cheaper one. With this kind of setup you have no right to be this arrogant. Clearly overrated place.

the worst choice in Agonda, if you chose Agonda beach (which is for sure far ahead than other beaches in sense of Shanti holidaying cleanliness) then it's worth spending a couple of hundreds more than choosing such a dump place like DUCK & CHILL. it's located in the dirtiest place in Northern end of the beach, dirty rooms with hard sorted water which gives you no chance of using your soap and shampoo That means you litterly remains the same as you came out of the sea. I'll never go again to this place.

I felt it's a bit pricey, but overall Agonda Beach Stays have become pricey a bit in these few years. The stay was perfect and had a nice Sea View from the 1st Floor Cottage. The rooms are exactly the same as shown in Property Pictures. So go for it and if you get it in some deal below 5k or something then it's a grab.

The location was great, food was good property was quite nice but, there is some issues like they don't provide drinking water for free, we have to buy everytime, also mosquitos was there in room and water in washroom goes off sometimes.
