Location:-Just Opposite to Allappy or Allappuzha railway station. From Hotel Balcony station can be visible easily. Best for who have early morning train from Allappy, just left hotel and take train.Room:-Room is Good at this price.Food:-Foods can be easily available near to Hotel many restaurants and hotels available.Behaviour:- I give 5 star for Hotelier behaviour, because he guide for everything, he also arranged House Boat for us at good price. Just reach and meet Mr. Sayanth he will complete guide you to make your allappy trip successful.He is young and very smiling face buddy.Staff is very friendly in nature.

Received a follow up call the day before our stay. The service guy was good and cooperative. But we had to wait for 10-15 mins to get the room alloted. Cons- Restroom was pathetic, the flush toilet was not clean, we had to clean it ourselves. No lock/bolt from inside, it was broken and we had to lock the restroom from outside. Water was stagnant. There were mud particles too. No provision to keep toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo. No privacy in the main room, the curtains provided did not cover the entire window exposing to the outside world. Recommended only for individuals. Will never recommend for Families.

the amenities are very basic.little termite infested. the guests are supposed to clean the rooms themselves, broom will be provided by host. AC stopped working mid stay. the only plus point is it's location...just opposite alleppey railway station, walking distance from alleppey beach and has many budget eateries - veg & non veg nearby. host cannot understand English or Hindi, so must have a translator. safe

Just a basic homestay nothing special, staff service need to be improved and room was decent however they didn't provide pillows & bed sheets, hygiene was also not maintained.The property is very far from the main market & railway station.

worst place to stay in Alleppey, no facilities in this room. lot's of mosquito in the room , ventilation prblm due to absence of net windows. water problem in the washroom .

when I reach there they offer another room. I agreed it. Then again they told some issues and didn't give the room. Totally I troubled and disappointed. So never trust them.
