This hotel is just in front of "Sathi Restaurant" which is a landmark for this hotel. We stayed at Room no 103, first floor. So we canl review the said room only, which may give an idea about other rooms. Pros: 1. Extremely clean room, toilet, bed, chairs, table etc everything 2. AC, ceiling fan, lights, smart tv, toilet flush, mirror etc everything are fine and working and flawless 3. Very very professional and well behaved staff 4. Great quality of food at reasonable price ( outside food not allowed inside room, if anyone opts for outside food, they have to eat the same outside of the premise only) 5. This property has a wonderful terrace with sitting provision which is open to all 24x7 6. Sea beach is just infront of the property and comfortably accessible Cons: 1. The position of the tv is a bit odd, it is comfortable to view the same neither from bed, nor from chairs 2. A pillar at the entry passage inside the room just in front of the door 3. The hotel served hot drinking water (if anybody asks for it, it is free) in the same flask in which they also serve tea/cofee, so drinking water became filthy 4. Strict and rigid check out time of 11am sharp 5. Very weak wifi signal available inside the room, it is almost unusable 6. Very frequent power cuts( but there is provision for diesel generators, which is capable of running everything except AC)

Service is not up to the mark. TV was not working. Morning tea was not served even after tea time. In breakfast they charged for omelette. NA

hotel was very clean and room was very nice. staff was very nice and fast service. food was excellent. worth every penny spent
