Elphinstone Residency

I had horrible experiences after chhicheck-in to this hotel. Summarising all below: 1. Self service to carry luggages into the room as there is no house keeping 2. The deluxe room which was given was not having any ceiling fan and have an ac with faulty remote which was not working then we have been moved to other deluxe room where Samsung 1 ton ac is operating like almost dead. Anyways we can manage with these problems but the most bigger problems are yet to unfold on next points. 3. Breakfast which was complementary has been refused by the manager showing excuse that their restaurant is getting closed one month back and they don't have any chef to make breakfast. He told that he will be returning back only Rs. 400 for 2 days Breakfast for 2 of us. 4. We were the only guest over here and the manager invited lots of friends to celebrate or party with drinks and all. They are making noices till 3 am by throwing bottles, thrashing my Windows, making large sounds and really I am feeling very helpless with my wife and my baby boy... Thinking of calling Police and all... I am writing this review @ 3.42 am petroling my family to give security.. So please take proper steps against the hotel so that no one will be the sufferer next time like us.. Moreover I have never faced this kind of problems in my trip life.. Please take proper actions..

Stayed at cottage room no 8. Room did not have ample lighting on one side of the room. Toilet was small and not very clean. water came at snails pace from tap and shower. LCD TV was too small for the room. The bed was too high. Does not have a professional set up for house keeping or security. By 6pm the entire coffee shop and backyard was filled with the owner/managers young friends. who were smoking and hanging around the hotel till late into the night. this did not give us a good vibe. breakfast was not due to be open till 9 am and we checked out at 7 am.

We selected the hotel after checking the fantastic reviews. We reached there around evening just to find a place with no one.after some looking around a guy emerged from no where and gave us the keys. We opened the rooms and was extremely disappointed to find a less lit room with very bad bedsheets torned and stained beds. Bathooms had no water. There was no room service. No breakfast even though it was promised by ***********. Worst experience ever.

Property was on the main road and easily accessible. Staff was very kind and nice. Services were good and didn't tried food.
