Location was good, close to corner of lake near car parking, but cleanliness was a great question, lots of hairs found here and there on the bed, bedsheet, floor and everywhere, that means they don't clean properly. I was very afraid. The bathroom was very very smelly and emetic. The food and mineral waters are exorbitantly costly and food options are limited. They cleaned the room next morning but insufficient. The intercom never worked and I had to order every time on mobile number that they provided. As a whole it is not worthful unless you are forced. Better hotels are available on the mall road

I visited nanital on very peak session when everything is on too high price there... But frankly I found superb this stay Very close to mall road, just walking distance, without hill climb... It's near to bust stand.. Very nice view of lake Neat and clean rooms blankit and fllor Hot and normal water in tap Helpful staff and polite behaviour Mr Pathak hotal manager is very kind and helpful Parking is there for car but it's paid Food is ok In last it's value for money with neat and clean environment.

The hotel is having very good view of lake at front. The hotel is located at the farther corner of the lake. The direct sunlight in the morning doesn't come here making it severely cold. In winters this issue escalates. The room is not spacious . Also the heater provided was not that effective. The main entrance is on a steep road which makes it a bit of a hassle while carrying luggage. Also the charm of emoji is lost due to fading of emoji colours.

The Room size is ok.Staff is well behaved... Specially Mr .Pathak is a nice and cooperative person.The Location is Good. The disturbing thing was the Mattress of the bed which was not at all good and disturbed the sleep of the first night.Though the Mattress was changed the very next day after I spoke to Mr.Pathak ji. Food is Very Good but the kitchen services need to be improved. The seat cover of wc needs to be looked into.

Staff was very supportive and proactive in terms of assisting. The best part is that the hotel has parking facilities or else you will be stopped some 8-9 kms before entering into the Nainital and have to use the taxi service for going up and down. The stay was very comfortable the only concern I had was that the room charges were a bit higher but looking at the peak season can be justified also.

Very good property. Nice location, just 500m walk from mall road. The rooms are good and clean and price was decent as compared to other properties. The man at the reception was very very helpful and supportive guy. The food we ordered was also of good quality. Go for this property if u r not looking for very big and spacious rooms.

Location is quite good, you have lake view, room was clean, however washroom toilet seat was not clean, there were stains and smelly, tap was leaking, very slow room service, taste was only ok,... Not worth it just because of location they should charge 2500 in season and 1500 in off season...

Hotel Emoji Inn is a good value for money property, other side of the mall road facing the lake with super beautiful view from hotel balcony. Rooms are bit small but are comfortable. Hospitality services are good, and the owner Mr. Prayag Pathak is very helpful and cooperative.

wonderful experience with amazing scenic view in front of the nainital lake along with mall road outing, governor house etc. fresh food with all extra quick services including well behaved staff. parking facility also available as compare to majority of hotels doesn't have.

Food is excellent. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom is also clean which matters most for me. Location of the hotel just facing lake. Behaviour of hotel staff is very courteous, particularly Mr Pathak. Enjoyed our stay at Nainital very much. Recommend highly.

Nice place to stay, well maintained, clean and cozy. Good food like home, great view. Staff is super supportive. They have both big and small rooms based on your requirements. They also have vehicles on affordable rent so you can explore nearby places easily.

The stay was average, hotel is not more than for 2500 RS per night. The view from Lake view room is very good Room only has a wall fan, it gets hot in day time summer. They charge 40 rs for a 20 rs water bottle. It's around 500 meters from mall road
