Nice rooms and great view if you took the mountain view rooms, just go for the top floors if they are available. Decent staff but kinda dumb at times like when we asked for heater we weren't informed of the charges but while checking out we had to pay 300 extra per night, and those heaters are of no use to be honest. I doubt they have power backup even if they mention it because the night we arrived after an hour there was a powercut from 11:30 to morning 8:30 and when asked one of the staff about the backup he straight up lied and said it just went off in the morning. The restaurant was good with decent taste. Over all it was a good experience because of the view.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.. There's a staff named Charan and the way he helps with everything a customer needs and does all the cleaning work is awesome!! The rooms were spacious and has a view of the snow capped mountains as well. The reception **** was also very friendly and cooperative. As we had a journey ahead for 3 days we had to keep our belongings and the hotel staff agreed to keep it at the hotel itself. The food at the hotel was really good. Delicious I would say. Mall road is just 2 kms. Overall the location is good. It's was a happy and pleasant stay!

I happy to share my experience with hotel staff (not just staff ) especially Rahul ji is very kind person because I facing very bad situation ( awesome room and food, staff, mountain view and especially service is very very gud and just 1.5 km to mall road peaceful location.....

i stayed there for 3 nights . food was very nice hotel staff where helpfull and responsive location of this hotel is good as its in a very peacefull enironment . rooms where clean and well maintained. so i would love to stay there again .

Hotel room is clean, room service is awesome, phone is also there to call house keeping, room service or reception. they provide immediate service. everyone is so coorporative. 24 hours hot water avaliable. i enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was good all over, good staff, eatable point were closed to the hotel. The only main thing is parking system was very small, Only 5 cars could park in there and they can disturb you in morning to adjust the car :D
