Not a good option for stay there many better place to stay near by. Food is very bad never eat at hotel there are very good place to eat neary by hotel like coca tree and some other. The Manager (Night Shift) is very arrogant, impolite, mannerless. I had booked two rooms 1 room had complementery water bottle and when it was asked for other room the manager we don't have water now and if you want you will be charged for it. The hotel lacks good staff.

I've booked on the annexe AC, the room was not that much good its looking like an old room. The main problem was AC it's wasn't working and it was tooo old. Calls wer not attending from annexe reception and nobody was there in the reception. There wer mosquitos in the room. Service was just ok. They gave another room in the main block and that room was perfect. But heater was not working. Not spacious and didn't get hot water

Thanks to Goibibo... booking was made last minute. I got a great deal. Excellency is excellent. awesome!!! great location. good staff. beautiful room. they have upgraded my booking. what else I need!!!! I would recommend it to all. 5 out of 5 for this price. 👍🏻 Location. Staff's aptitude and behavior. cleanliness... Price ofcourse...

A very average Hotel, better for just a 1 day stay type of hotel with very limited cleanliness and facilities. Obviously with such a budget Hotel you can't expect much either. The location is Good with ease of access to MG Road and Marine Drive etc. And a lot of Veg and Non Veg Hotels nearby.

Recommended for one night stay. No wifi. Near to Mg road and walkable distance to Railway station.More focussed on check in time even if the rooms are ready.

The stay was okay, as I m a wheeler chair person, so nothing much good experience, everything was an average , no such issues faced at the time of stay.

No hot water...makes the experience average. Beds are small sized ok for 2 people's. You will need extra bed if you are with kids.
