ridiculous stay in the hotel. Breakfast food was below average, dried buffet, tasteless. On booking I was offered in written by goibibo to avail 20% discount on the f&b bills but zero discount offered in all the bills. if your team is not sufficient enough to handle. commitment plz do change your industry. It is kind of false commitment to the guest to get commission via booking. Even i extended my stay with hotel but they are not bothered for guest satisfaction. i have ordered meal during my stay from the room, while delivery of each food item i was forced to pay then and there unless there is a procedure of posting bills to the room ledger and will be settled while check out, it was So embarrassing. Breakfast was surprisingly no taste, dried Vada pao, hard like a rock (muffins), tasteless bhaji, very thick paratha etc. last but not the least, I thought to change my mind and will just grab a brownie & then head towards the home but again the hotel Expo INN is so so so so disappointing that the brownie was too hard to be eaten, only a hammer can work on to it, sadly came back to the bakery to exchange but unfortunately landed up to eclairs which again was so disappointing. at last, I would just appreciate hotel for their hygiene and cleanliness, room size. Rest nothing is worth for. I am a frequent user of goibibo, all my booking every month is done from goibibo, every month I stay via this platform. Need a clarity in written from hotel OR booking platform, why this happened ?Why your commitment is not fulfilled. why humiliation happened that we are not capable of paying & asked to pay immediate. this is not hospitality.why discount not given ? attached one of the bill & asked hotel to send my all bills, will share all for your reference that guest is not lying.I will take this on a hard broom of claws. felt so cheated by you.

ESC is a beautiful hotel , it was nice experience, food was awesome , rooms were clean n big , bathroom was clean as well , Laundry boy Kapil was very helpful , house keeping boy was also nice , other stuff were very kind and supportive as well , very clean swimming fool but due to Bad weather we couldn't enjoy, over all nice experience 👍🏼 we will definitely visit again in future Excellent

Everything was just perfect! Clean rooms and property with one of the best buffets in Greater Noida. Ample parking space. Functional bar and more. Just one area of improvement is their service. I called for drinking water twice and both times I had to call again after an hour because they possibly forgot!

My flight was delayed by 5 hours which delayed my check in! The staff was so accommodating that I got good hot food at 2:00am at night.The dal makhani was amazing. All staff are cordial and the ambience of the hotel is superb!!! Definitely worth every penny. The breakfast buffet also had vast variety
