Sincerely happy to book this place. Even though they don't understand hindi, they are helpful. I was traveling single but the was so humungous as well as attached bathroom at such a low price, literally unparalleled. Very close to Chennai Fort Station( max 10min by walk) and directly in front of the SBC Metro Station. Very reliable and spacious room no noise whatssoever from anywhere. TV(including hindi Channels), Silent fans and very positive feeling staying here and most important it is as clean as hell one could imagine, not a single insect. Such a great deal, I would definitely recommend to any one irrespective of budget.

fazil mansion is just opposite to Chennai high court just around 20-30 meters inside from the main road .nearby lot of restaurants are available within 100 meters either side.rest room is provided with western toilet and shower as u can see in the given pic.totally satisfied with the accommodation at the price given.they do have room service .can water is available for drinking.beddheets were given neat and clean.recommended highly for solo travellers.even for families it is recommended.thanks Goibibo for the accommodation.

Budget hotel amid convenient locality. A little difficult to spot on in the beginning but once you find out there'l is not much to complaint about. Polite staff will lend you their ears and try to help out. They don't have fooding facility but there are ample of eateries available around the stay.

Good place for bachelor stays and short term stays. Prominent location. Very near to Broadway bus stand. Easy accessibility to most of the areas in Chennai. Polite and ambient staffs.

Nice location of the hotel within a budget price. Very nearby High court metro exit. Only problem is wo bedsheet, towel or water bottles not provided. Well behaved staffs.

TV doesn't work. room well cleaned. lodge is easy to find. in side the room everything is working fine bulb, fan and tap.
