Pathetic!!!!!!!!Assigned to a different hotel which is lesser in quality and budget. The behaviour of the receptionist lady is pathetic- staff was aware that the room door is not functioning properly though they have assigned me a room which is stinking- bed rolls and towels were torn. They have shifted me to a different room which is larger than the other one but the room door is not working properly, flush is not operational. The hotel staff were talking till 2 am and were unable to sleep properly. Worst experience!!!

hotel is near to metro station,also staff is good in response, had issues of network in room so on request they have gave me front Room to resolved my issue.
