FabHotel Ballygunge Luxury - Behind Punjab Club

It was really dirty,really messy, the attention of the security guy was the only thing that was really good, for the rest we are not satisfied with what we got, we couldn't even stand there for a couple of minutes then they change our room but the condition was the same, there was no receptionist at night also it was horrible at the hall and really smelly stinky , The curtains ,the bed sheet, the floor, and the toilet was in the worst condition that you could ever imagine there was dust in every part of the surface we couldn't believe what we saw in the photos was nothing like when we got there that is the reason we decided to move in a out, I wouldn't recommend, anybody to go there unless they take action on changing their status

beautiful stay at this property. it feels like home. the staffs are very courteous and humble. specially i want to talk about the food . it was just awesome. if you come here for the 1st time kindly try their kebabs . room service was very quick. rooms are neat and clean with proper amenities. one of the show stopper is the window. it's centrally located.

Very bad experience during check in. Hotel denied booking and informed us take back your money we are not responsible. After long 1 hours argument provided us 1 room instead of 2 rooms and 2nd rooms give at 7pm instead of 12 noon. Very bad. Please don't book this hotel

Spacious rooms and well sanitised! Room maintenance is good and staff was kind too Availability of hot water and functional ac was a boon Surprise element was breakfast, it was great Availability of desk with wifi and functional television Location was apt!
