FabHotel Direct Checkin - Nr Hitech City

I recently booked a hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was horrified by the condition of the hotel. It was unclean and poorly maintained, making it uninhabitable. As a result, I decided not to check in.I immediately contacted customer care multiple times to request a cancellation and a full refund, but despite my efforts, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. Overall, I am quite frustrated with the lack of support and the unacceptable state of the hotel I was booked into. I hope can address this issue promptly and ensure better quality control in the future.I must say, I dislike this hotel deeply.

there was no hotel there itself with whatever pictures shown . it’s all full of scrap materials and dust and it’s full of dark in the 7th floor and there were no other fellow people and the staff are rude that they waited us 20 mins for the person responsible to checkin come and it it truly not safe at all for women who are staying alone or for families with womenit’s waste of moneyafter seeing the place we directly moved from there and found another hotel from the people who are visiting new

Convenient location for any activity in HiTec city. The place is nice and staff is very friendly. The rooms are decent they . I would have rated them five stars except for two things - maintenance of overall property has to be better and the rooms should be more hygienic. If they can improve these two items then they are five star property.

worst experience ever i have booked the hotel with breakfast and they have not provided any breakfast if we ask the hotel management they are denying that it is not booked with breakfast and when we showed them the bill even after that they are refusing to provide the breakfast.
