The room was too small. No cupboard or storage facilities for bags & accessories. Not a single chair or table was there. No toiletries or saving/dental kit provided. Pillow cover/Towel was torn. No milk pouch in tea-making options. It was a normal hotel room selling at in high rate. Only 500 ml water was complimentary in 2 days. Food quality is good but high rate. Service is poor noodles served without any sauce. Poor caring for guests. Overall poor experience with high price. Service,Room Size and facilities.

I had a horrible experience.since I wanted to stay near market I thought this hotel would be a great choice. but the location of the hotel mentioned in the app is not correct or I was unable to find the exact location. even the fabhotels executives couldn't helped us. they just provided a number of a person who didn't pick the call. after waiting more than 1 hour I had to book another hotel at late in the night. it wouldn have been better if they had provided the actual manager details to me

The location of the hotel is very good .... But I got a room on the 4th floor which is not up to the mark. They charge you if you ask for a dentel kit, Shaving Kit or comb ..where other hotels give it complimentary Rooms are okay.. foods are also good... TV is a problem.... No channels they add even don't get the free channels So some improvement is still needed as per they charge for staying here

Room was so small. No space for luggage, no table or chair. one double seater sofa was for keeping luggage. very small open wardrobe like furniture with 2 hangers for keeping dresses along with tea maker & accessories. AC was full of fungas. No action even after complaining. Breakfast items quality & quantity both are pathetic.With this kind poor facilities high room charge

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. We paid for executive room, however we were offered standard rooms. The rooms had no hot water and wifi through out the stay. The rooms were smelly and cleanliness was zero. Bed covers, pillow covers and blanket covers were not cleaned and smelly. The behaviour of the manager was not acceptable.
