I had a very disappointing stay at FabHotel Grand Arya. The bedsheets and comforter were filthy, and when I requested a change, the staff claimed they didn’t have any clean replacements available. To make matters worse, the room was infested with mosquitoes, which made it impossible to sleep peacefully. The only positive aspect was that the bathroom was clean, but that hardly made up for the lack of basic hygiene and comfort in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. cleanliness

The experience was overall good. The only issue was with tap in bathroom which was not working. Also, toileteries were not provided beforehand, it had to be asked for.
