FabHotel Greenstar Inn - Bhubaneswar Airport

Very bad experience staying at the Hotel. It's located inside a residential zone. On the arrival day the inhouse restaurant was not functioning. I had to order the food online. This is a budget oriented hotel and I have stayed in many budget hotels in the past; but given the conditions of Hotel Greenstar Inn the room's cleanliness and hygiene, I would not recommend any budget travellers to stay here. Food plates and Tea served the next day were extremely dirty. The tea was served in a dirty and unwashed cup. This is like staying in a Railway station waiting room. The hotel management should seriously consider training and updating their staff about cleanliness and hygiene.

Worst experience of my life. We booked the hotel as its nearest to Airport. We booked 2rooms 208 and 211. 211 is a haunted room the whole night washroom flash disturbed us and there was no light in washroom. And the reception guys disturbed me late night just to informed that they missed to add 1 item on the bill. Horrible experience and I would suggest no one to book that hotel. No safety, dirty rooms. I stayed only 1 night but that was a nightmare. Everything. The room was not cleaned before allowed it to us. No safety, no lights, rooms are haunted.

Pros: Great property, just 5 min ride from Bhubaneswar Airport. Superb rooms with spacious area. Very nice behavior from staffs, especially Jharna (Reception). Super quality food. Overall great experience. I will visit this property again for sure.. Cons: No Lifts. Bathrooms are small.

Hotel location is little inside from main road far from market area. Hotel restaurant is too busy that unable to serve any food, not even tea. Very disappointing experience, bound to order food from out side.
