The hotel was nothing like what expected from fabhotel. Though I had booked and paid for two nights, I had to change my stay because of cleanliness and safety issues. The room was small and suffocating, the chair had stain, the bedsheets were stained and dirty and I had to get them changed. The AC was broken, and the wall paint peeling off. I was a lady travelling alone, and did not feel safe there. The staff was, however, polite, though very slow.

the hotel staff was not cooperative they didn't let us check in to the hotel due to discounts which i had. second they didn't respond to any calls from my room neither the ones at reception nor the kitchen chef responded to any tele calls from my room. they didn't provide us any of the toiletries. overall it was a bad experience at lord's inn.

very dirty hotel bed is like only spring no foam staff is not there towel ia not there shall recommend fab hotels to close this insteadbof defaming there name.
