Good stuff:1. Quick check-in (even though we reached late at night)2. Spacious & tidy room3. Comfortable king size bed4. Staff's do respond.5. Fish tank, birds and Labrador6. Parking space.Bad stuff:1. The hotel name is not "Fabhotel" perfect stay, just "Perfect stays". The name here is misleading. 2. Both the contact number does not work. One is an IVR from Fabhotel chain and the other one is a random 12 digit number.3. Sticky floors4. Not even a complimentary soap5. Broken charging point.Overall a decent place for your budget stay.

Hotel was good enough to stay with family, no nearby restaurants however we can order food directly from the restaurant Sangeetha without delivery charges, No hot water.

it was good. but they have to work alot on cleanliness. especially the walls and floor has to be cleaned. they were so uncleaned.
