a budget hotel, not a three star hotel, facilities minimal, no toiletries, except one small piece of soap, no shelf to keep the toiletries. in the room there is only one water bottle provided, no glasses, no cups or any other item. as far as breakfast is concerned, minimal items, sandwich, poha and paratha/ puri sabji. ambiance of the dining hall needs to be improved.only positive is that staff is ever smiling and helpful.

Worst experience with this stay. Hotel allocate us matchbox size room which was nowhere close to room mentioned at the time of booking. Despite 100% advance payment we were feel cheated. Their policy is to give preference to walk-in guest if they are paying more for the rooms and cancel / shift pre-paid bookings done through travel portal.

was a terrible experience with the room it was so small i don't understand how can they offer such rooms 🤔washroom was so small it was like ended even before startingyou can not stand even even when asked for bathroom sleepers the room service guy said no sleepers room was very small

Rooms were clean but the service was not good. The staff was was good, genuine and helping but number of staff was the problem. The hotel had a very limited staff/workforce in comparison to the number of bookings they took and therefore the service was hampered.

The staff in Empire prime especially Rakesh Uppal ji and Naresh bhaiya are extremely hospitable and sweet throughout. The food is homely and hygienic. I wish them all the best and growth.
