first and foremost, the name of the hotel is itself incorrect. the hotel name is not fabhotel punjab pride. we had a horrible time finding the hotel in the first place. there was no indication on the building exterior as well as interior that its name is punjab pride fabhotel. so the listing of this hotel itself is incorrect and misleading. now the actual experience of stay - very bad. on the first day, we complained 3 to 4 times at the reception that tv in the room is not working. nobody turned up. on the second day, we again complained and said why nobody turned up. they finally sent a person who was not able troubleshoot the issue and said "sir ko bhejta h". when the "sir" came, he troubleshooted but of no use. he said he will send another guy, but yet again nobody turned up. the room allocated was executive room, very average in terms of cleanliness. no fridge, no toiletries, no ironing board. please make sure the property name and details surrounding it are correct. this was a very bad experience. the above name on the card is the actual name of the hotel

The ambiance of the hotel room is good. Nice clean hygienic rooms. The hospitality is up to the mark. Mr. sunny from the hotel give the best services. Overall the experience in the hotel was satisfying. I would recommend this for everyone who is planning for the amritsar golden temple visit.

we had an awesome stay at hotel global in (fab hotel). we had a very beautiful family room. the hotel in maintained neat and clean. staff here is awesome and services are very good. 10/10 I recommend it for a safe and clean family stay near golden temple 😊
