FabHotel Sikka Royal Classic, Mall Road

The worst hotel experience ever. The hotel denies check-in on the first day, and the staff at reception informed us that the hotel is sold out. I don't understand how a prebooked room for which I have already received the confirmation of room booking can be sold out. After some discussion, they agree that they have a reservation in my name, but they are unable to fulfil it due to room unavailability. I asked them I have already paid for it and my room is already booked so how it can be possible? After some argument, I questioned the hotel once more: If my room was reserved and my name appeared in your system for check-in, why aren't you providing the room? This time, they responded that they would give me a room at an alternative hotel. After going to that other place, I declined to stay there because it was worse than railway platform's waiting room. After 2 hours of discussion and trouble, the hotel receptionist was finally willing to offer a room in the same hotel, but it was the staff room, which had poor lighting, a small, messy bathroom, no fan or air conditioning, toilet flush was not working dirty bed sheets, and walls that were moist and damp. They asked us to manage for it but I don't know why should I manage after knowing it that I had already paid in full for my stay. But at last I don't have any option left because I can not cancel my booking and also all the hotels in mussoorie were sold out and it was 9 pm in night so I have to manage anyhow.The next day, they shifted us to our reserved room.

stay in fab9 is very bad experience Room service is very bad .intercom disconnected .and go to reception for every room service. fab 9 customer excutive not help the finding hotel location . and actualy it. was royal classic hotel. no anyone tell the fab9 hotel location.it was very difficut to find the hotel with faimily and luggage because taxi is not allowing on mall road. but room neat and clean location is not bad in confirmation voucher not mention the contact no of hotel so itwas very difficult to finding hotel.

Bhai kabhi bhi bhul k inse hotel mat lo .room saaf krne k liye bolo to aate hi nahi hai bed sheet tak change nahi hota hai .pani tK nahi dete.food ki to kya bole likhe hai ki 7 am to 11 pm hai but order Dene jao to abhi kitchen band ho gaya hai . Bhai soch samajh k hi hotel lo .kahi or le lo but yaha mat lo kabhi

this is hotel is good and situated at a great place, staff is well dressed and humble too. nice food, great example of best hospitality... recommend for all
