Stay was not good.1)The hotel charges for a complimentary breakfast. But they don't have buffets and regular working kitchens.In the name of breakfast they ask you to choose either 2 breads with butter or 2 Idli. I suggest not to include breakfast here.2) Only 1 bottle of driking water per room. Ideally it should be two bottles.3)One towel per room. This is what I saw first time. atleast 2 towels should be provided.4)Services are terrible.5)Not recommended at all.

worst and horrible service and very misbehaved receptionist and the entire management team.. i have to wait for long 3 hours to get my room,after that they provide me a room which was below standard, staffs are not at all good , very rude and 3rd class all i can say , as an travel agent my self i will highly recommend not to book this property at all ... words are getting shorter to write more about this 3rd class property

our stay at this hotel somali golden palace was average. room service is is late breakfast served at 9:30 after follow up from 8:00am. no buffet breakfast. it’s very small quantity. room size is very small & narrow with bed surrounding areas. wash room bath faucet not working. even after complaint, staff couldn’t rectify. i don’t recommend to stay here.

it was horrible. staff were uneducated and misbehaved. bedsheets had so many stains. basic amenities like towel, glasses were not provided. just worst. we checked out in the evening because it was unbearable. room sizes were very small. no place to move

I booked a deluxe room 15sq metres but don't know why it is congested. Perhaps not provided the same which I booked. Welcome kit amenities are not up to the mark. However, staffs were good, cleanliness is good. Food of the restaurant is also good.

stay was pathetic. service is very poor. no room cleaning. no dining breakfast facility. very bad foul smell come out from toilet. intercom is dead. no body bother to repair or change after informed. overall experience is pathetic.

the stay was very nice and the staff was cooperative and helpful. however, the bathroom’s water drainage system needs improvement, and the hot water geyser was not functioning properly. otherwise, everything else was good.

Not a family friends stay. Amenities and in room essentials not provided. Staff not much helpful. It’s just ok ok hotel for solo travels for just manage your nighy stay on transit or day trip for work
