I had stayed with my mother and daughter for 3 nights. The hotel is safe and family friendly. I had taken Standard room with balcony. The room was spacious with TV, luggage rack and cupboard available. 2 chairs and coffee table are available inside the room as well as in balcony. The room had RO filter fitted in so hot water was available 24x7. The bathroom had geyser and towel/soap/shampoo were provided. Our stay included complementary buffet breakfast with tea, coffee, idli, pongal or upma, parata or kichdi, bread with butter/jam and a sweet(kesari/sweet pongal). It is a 3 star hotel. Restaurant is available and dishes are available to order. In room dining is available. We also had dinner from here. Pepper grill chicken, chilly chicken, veg fried rice, veg noodles, chapati, butter chapati, tomato soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken clear soup, omelette, chicken kothuparotta were the dishes we ordered during our stay and all tasted nice. Pricing is reasonable. Staff is very friendly and ready to help any time. The hotel is in 2 buildings facing each other with 5 storeys in total and Kids play area in between. Car parking is available.

Amzing service. never get this kind of service and support from any other hotels. the guy in the reception was so supportive. room was spacious and it has all kind of facilities. water purifier, television, cupboards. balcony is spacious and has an amazing view. regarding the location its 3 kms away from lovedale and roads are not good but never take it as a con. enough parking space is available and there is a small kids play area. they have a good restaurant. book ur breakfast here they offer complementary.

The stay was awesome except for the unbearable cold where temperatures dropped to 9°C. The standard room we booked, had 2 bedrooms in itself with 2 double beds. They also had a water purifier in the room which dispensed hot water. The balcony was quite spacious. Hot water is supplied daily from 6am to 9am and 6pm to 9pm. Parking lot was also spacious. The staff were courteous and soft spoken. They also have a small play area for kids. Loved the stay. Looking forward to another trip in a much warmer climate.

we had a wonderful stay at fairstay ooty! the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable experience. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently close to major attractions. the food was delicious, with a good variety of options. overall, a great place for a relaxing getaway in ooty. highly recommended!

We stayed in Hotel Fairstay from 14 to 19/03/20 for 5 days. Hotel is very very clean. Staff is Honest and courtesious. Food is awsome. Everything is nice. They have Moutain view Balcony which is very very attractive Hotel ornament. Worth stay we strongly recommend this Hotel. Anand Varsha Patel.

Super accomodation is like s five star hotel in non AC budget . Receptionists are respected to the customers . if we ordered with in the time they delivered. Food also Awsom. Sir, I want give 10 star for your response. Really they are treated like family.

Excellent stay..worth for the money paid. Mr.Mani and Mari will be helpful throughout the stay. Hire a room heater if you are having a children.
