i was very worried about how this place would turn out but I could see only good reviews about this place. and tbh I was totaly satisfied and would say worth for the money and more. the hospitality was top notch. and ambience was perfect. The rooms are beautifully designed with perfect lighting and a beautiful sitting area which is surrounded by glass windows and doors on all sides. I must say about Satish, the care taker hes doing some great work for this place. He's warm and welcoming. Their coffee is the best coffee i had from Kodaikanal and the breakfast was too good. Both the staff waited untill we both finish the food rather than leaving the food on table for us to figure out. i would definitely recommend this place for everybody going to Kodaikanal, specially for the couples. I am waiting for my next Kodai trip so that I can come back to the farm house and go see their sabarjelli farm. thankyou you guys for the awsome one day stay there.

Great Location, beautiful atmosphere surrounded by lush green. It's located near Chettiar park and spread over 35 acres farming land. the rooms are neat clean and Cozy. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I must thanks this Gentle man Mr . Sathish a great smiling person who greets everyone with utmost respect. He was so polite ensures guests gets everything on time. The breakfast was quite outstanding good was severed from Hill top restaurant it was good. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I am very pleased with the stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The Farm house is a well maintained luxury stay in the middle of kodaikanal. Satish and Sam from the property took good care of us. The ambience is great we spent more time in the property than doing sight seeing in kodai. The plants and trees around the property is a magnet for birds and you feel one with nature. This hotel is going to one of the places i would visit again in future. ...Not kodai but the Farmhouse Security , serenity and comfort of the place.

Absolutely amazing stay.. Rooms are neat , clean and also spacious. They renovated it very recently. So everything is fresh and give premium feel. Manager Mr Sathish is a nice person. He is very friendly and soft spoken. He is very helpful. Excellent hospitality.. Location is next to Chettiar park, walkable distance from kurinji andavar temple. The price is too affordable..

our stay at the farm house in kodaikanal was very relaxing . the property is well maintained and away from the busy town area and the service provided by sathish and sam was exceptional . they ensured we didn’t have any issues and were really helpful. the complimentary breakfast was tasty and tea was provided whenever we requested for . overall a very good stay experience.

The stay was wonderful. It has old architecture vibe. with beautiful garden and a place away from city noise. if you are looking for a peaceful stay, this place has it. I got my parents here and they had great time between lush green plants. Add on to this stay was Satish and Sam who were wonderful caretakers, their service was top notch. All in All the place is 10 on 10.

We loved the place. The room and the entire premises were very clean, calm and relaxing. Both the property managers Satheesh and Sam were helpful. They were very well mannered and helpful. The breakfast was also nice. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this property who is looking to enjoy a peaceful holiday in Kodaikanal.

the stay was really gud...the property was well maintained and staff was soooo pleasing and helpfull .our whole family had a beautiful stay over there.the pics on site give less justification to the place ,it's even more beautiful.rooms are so big and we'll equipped.also it's little always from busy crowd.

The Farm House has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. Sathish and Sam went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kodaikanal and I would love to visit it again. A truly memorable stay

we had a nice stay at farm house. this was our 3rd time stay at this place..the entire premises were calm and beautiful...Manager sathish and sham are very courteous and polite..complimentary breakfast was good.. but with very limited items.. Good hospitality..

Stayed for 02 nights on leisure at Farm House Kodaikanal. Beautiful home stay with nice clean rooms and hospitable hosts. Special shout out to Sam and Satish for their care and hospitality. Really made our trip worthwhile.
