After booking the property, we reached the location No room available at booked property.They were informed to contact customer support they gave there another location of their property.But that property had no power back,no soap,no water hot at odd time. TGiving 1 star is also more.

Very late hot water supply and water was not at all hot, which is very needed for cold climate. And no ups connection , once the power was not there..
