I had booked this hotel for my parents(senior citizens) who had to stay in kochi due to transit. The property is fairly new and rooms were neat and clean. However the services are very poor. The room service is not available after 9:30 pm. My father couldn't have milk for his medicines. The checkout was early in morning as they had to catch a morning flight. The reception was informed much in advance. The parents were ready, taxi was also on time. But the hotel staff took their own sweet time to finish the checkout. They were supposed to pack the breakfast however they didn't do it. Overall if you are looking for lodge kind of stay, this might be good place, but do not expect prompt services that a normal hotel provides.

BRAND NEW PROPERTY !! THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN RECENT MONTHS. HUGE ROOMS. ALL AMENITIES WELL MAINTAINED. 24 HRS HOT WATER. TV AND WIFI. THE BEST EVER. INTERIORS - COOL AND SOOTHING. FURNITURE - VERY RELAXING. HOTEL IS SITUATED OPP KAROTTUKUZHI HOSPITAL. RIGHT ON THE ROAD. VERY VERY EASY TO LOCATE. 3 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE RAILWAY STATION. 3 MINUTES FROM THE METRO STATION. 30 MINUTES AWAY FROM KOCHI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. REASONABLE RATES. SAFE. SECURE. BREAKFAST HAS LIMITED SPREAD. THEY HAVE TO IMPROVE IN THIS ASPECT. BUT THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD. I STAYED IN ROOM 104 WITH FAMILY. THE FRONT OFFICE IS ABLY MANAGED BY HARINTH AND DON. THANK YOU GUYS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR PROPERTY.

The reception was unresponsive at times, same with the kitchen. Had to communicate with the reception staff multiple times, which itself is a bad sign, and the response was often lazy and cold. They took half a day to even allot me the WiFi password.

A very nice and a comfortable room. Easily accessible from Railway station and Bus Stand. The staff were very warm and helpful. Can work on the range of buffet items in breakfast and can certainly relook the pricing for breakfast buffet.

Room was neat and clean, average food, no amenities, poor service and poor staff response. Guest wifi was not working at all, no response from room service and house keeping throughout the stay. Well maintained rooms.

Just Satisfied. TV was not charged. AC attendant came after several complaints to set the temperature right. Breakfast was not tasty and lacked variety. Doors bang a little too loudly. Staff was courteous
