Neat, clean and spacious room with beautiful scenery of Kunchenjunga from the window of my room. Location on walkable distance to main road. Ample parking space. Neat and clean swimming pool and gardens. Front office reception staffs all are very helpful and polite. Restaurant staffs are very helpful and polite. Pritika very helpful in Zodiac Restaurant. Buffet breakfast very tasty with plenty of variety. Hi tea very tasty with tea, coffee, snacks, deserts and cookies. Dinner buffet very tasty and plenty of variety. Gulab Jamun and Gaajar Halwa is a must try....very tasty. Kiran on travel desk ready to help with car arrangement for sightseeing. I received WhatsApp with car driver details and contact number at 6am while she was at home early morning. Kiran is very dedicated in her duty.

Staying in Sikkim has been on my cards for a while however this time it materialised... Landing in Bagdogra we enjoyed the ride towards Gangtok. Here we enjoyed our stay and visited locations like Nathula pass (once in life time experience) , Harbhajan baba mandir, Local MG market, Zoo, Ganesh tok, Hanuman tok, Namchi, Ravangla and all. From Gangtok we moved to Kalimpong in ITC Fortune. The decision to stay at this hotel was worth it as it's destined in a beautiful location with lush greenery all around. From here we visited Darjeeling 2.5 hrs approx distance one way and had done local site seeing like Monestry, tea garden, Lamhatta with purchase at local market etc. Promise to visit next time and happy to share hotel and visit images 💝.

excellent stay food it's excellent above quality it's wrote in food menu it's chef special it's true I have tried veg dishes it's very much tasty and five star food rating regarding chef it's mind blowing person.gulab jamun must try it's there inhouse made by chef I my whole trip my best food I got in this resort I was surprised I am food lover I like my best regarding resorts the view from rooms are so breath taking that you feels you are in heaven very much beautiful when I got chance to visit kalimpong I always stay in this resort only .

It was a good experience, sort of a prime location with a good hill view from the lawn. Check in experience could be better as there was no one present in the parking to collect the luggage. Food was okayish, main course was fine but starters were not that good, overall it was a good experience. Calmness around the place and location as everything is accessible nearby.
