It's a good property & is very conveniently located on the main road it's & even beach area was located very near to it as well so location wise it's great. The check-in time was an issue over here & we had to pay extra for early check-in but this wasn't a big issue as well. The room were a bit small but it was comfortable & their services were good. Overall it was a comfy stay of ours.

resort is on candolim augwada fort road. The rooms were clean, very comfortable.Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. rooms have no Windows for ventilation

The experience was fantastic. We stayed Dec 18 to 21 and it was awesome. My kid really liked the swimming pool. The room we choose was in front of a pool with a lovely view. Already many friends asked for location as we posted in WhatsApp status. Must try.

Wonderful resort for family outing. The caretaker was very kind & caring and he single handedly managed all the services.Dinning & wifi facility was there for the guest however no checked about car parking.Rooms were well cleaned & maintained.

Very polite staff behaviour.... Excellent Service and the property manager is very humble and helpful must stay here if you want good budget hotel near candolim beach... it's just 400m from SinQ hotel on main road only. Privacy for couples

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. Location of hotel was good. There was dining and variety needed as there was only veg food there. Free WiFi was given as complimentary services.
