The hotel staff were not approachable nor friendly.they were rude and commercial in all terms.. especially receptionist was rude but amenities are good...The hotel has to go through its staff to make the hotel better place...they make us uncomfortable through their gaze,they stare in the different way which makes people uncomfortable (The receptionist)... Gaze of the receptionist made us uncomfortable

first of all, had booked flexible checkin. the staff didn't know what flexible checkin is and were arguing with me. had to explain what it is. the place is good. however the rooms are small. there is no space to move around. also i chose mountain view but didn't get one. also during checkout, they asked me to check out early, being unclear of how flexible check in works.

Staff was very in -cooperative they started fighting as they wanted more money from us … my mom had a horrible experience due to them and rooms are also small from the actual size given
