Pathetic Hotel and had Worst Service – Not even a Welcome Drink for a Suit Category Room. 1) I booked a Suit Room in this hotel and below is my worst experience at this hotel: a. When I checked in, the room was not prepared by the Hotel Staff. It was smelling bad. I asked the hotel staff to check and he also confirmed that it was smelling back. Then they sprayed the room freshener and went away. b. So they offered to change the room to which I agreed. In the new room, the AC was not working in the bedroom. The staff asked us to wait for the room to get cooled and we waited for 45 mins and it wasn't cooling. c. So now they again asked us to change to a new room. Please note, this is the 3rd room after we checked in. By this time, almost 2.5 hours had been wasted. During this time also, none of the managers had contacted me. Only the staff was asking us to change from one room to another. Also, we were super tired after a long journey, but that was of the least concern for the hotel staff. They just wanted us to get into the room. d. Only after I raised a ticket, did one of the managers, called about the issue with the room. By this time, we had already lost 3.5 hours (this time in the 3rd room). 2) Issues about the 3rd Room (They say it’s a Suit Category Room) - This was also shown to – one of the managers who came to meet mea. The room was just big with below-standard amenities. Will share in more details belowb. Bathroom: i. No shaving mirror providedii. There was no holder provided for the soap or shampoo. We had to keep it on the floor during the bathiii. The toiletries provided were again of below standard (which in normal hotels, you would get even in Delux rooms) iv. No Bath robes (which you normally get in a Suit Category room)v. No Iron or Iron Board in the room. c. Bedroom: The phone was an age-old Beetel phone, with no direction about a number of reception or restaurant. I was given a small torn printout of half the hands where I can call.d. The Electrical fittings were not working and I had to charge my phone hanging on one of the electrical points (below which, there was no support)e. For the 2 rooms, there was only a single AC remote. I definitely need a refund from this hotel.

Will be very honest, this hotel is located next to turtle cottage hotel which is a luxury property. This is a small hotel / motel type place not sure how it has been rated 4 star by which is quite deceiving! Front desk neither accustomed with language nor with the helpful behavior. So i was allotted room 1002, at first it appeared as a large nice room with balcony but then came fury of realities. The bed sheet is full of stains (pic attached ) almirah is shabby type, plugs not working, no availability of water bottle. 1002 room is located in a dingy area, d place is quite haunted type, not even proper lightening . Day 1 asked for room clean - the person kept the food tray outside my room and at night cat came n broke plate, it was horrific experience as if someone was out there in middle of nyt at 2 am, called reception none attended the call. Called around 20 times no response. Outside the room there are stairs which r not lit so its pitch dark u need to use phone light. On asking bell guy who is in next room he says 1001 remains closed, again giving haunted appearance n 1003 has keys attached to it, i asked if someone inside he said no but keys r attached there u can see the pic. For soft hearted people this is not the place to be, it is not all 4 star property. There is dirty swimming pool also Food is pathetic, ants will be there in room as room services cleaning r pathetic. I had to order from zomato, since i am here only for 2 days n came alone i accepted the conditions. But strict NO NO for females. There is a shop across u can buy stuff from there. Room doesn't have fridge / tissue paper / brush / shoe cleaning polish and even a proper dustbin. I had to drag bathroom dustbin to room. Room has large bed, ac and good view from balcony in morning but at night anyone can barge in, not safe property at all. Photos i have taken with flash on.

1.Horrible, Third class, Strongly not recommended. 2.you not only waste money but also your precious time, holiday and experience. 3. not worth 1k 4.Dot waste your precious holiday time and experience. its not at all 5 or 4 or even a 3 star..its like a lodge. very very old and unmaintained property. 5.lots of stairs approx 50 old aged peop can't go. 6. Property not maintained, lots of grass, dirty , full of garbage 7. washroom you need to use stairs in night it would be horrible and worst. 8. rooms quality very bad. 9. very far from beach you need to go min.500 MTR steep down and coming back is almost difficult unless you are young and not tired. 10. food and tea all are worst. 11. no proper service. 12. worst quality 13. worst ambience. 14. not worth to waste money and precious time and most precious holiday time. 15. Strongly not recommended. only pros- only 1 pros is Mr. Anu who was in night duty and very helpful.

Hotel has an amazing view, the balcony opens right to the view of the ocean. Room condition and facilities are also good.Staff was very cooperative and accommodating. I don't know the name of the guard on the main gate but uncle was very helpful, even helped me me tie the mund. which I had to wear to go to padmanabhan swamy temple
